Welcome to MAGATHI PAN SERVICES. These Terms & Conditions form a legal agreement between you (the "User" or "Partner") and our platform. By registering an account, completing your KYC, loading your wallet, or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms in full.

1. Acceptance of Terms & Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
• You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information at all times during registration.
• Continued use of the portal after any update means you accept the revised terms automatically.

2. User Account & Security

• To access platform services, you must create a registered account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials and login PIN/password confidential.
• One person or entity may maintain only one active account unless explicitly authorized.
• You are fully responsible for all activities and transactions carried out under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. KYC & Verification Compliance

• Mandatory KYC (Know Your Customer) verification must be completed and approved before your account is fully enabled for live services.
• Submitting forged, fake, or mismatched identity documents is strictly prohibited and will lead to instant suspension.
• We track IP addresses and device geolocation upon login for security and fraud prevention compliance.

4. Prepaid Wallet & Payments

• Our platform operates on a prepaid virtual wallet system. Wallet balances must be maintained as per your partner tier requirements.
• Wallet funds can be utilized exclusively for services offered on the platform and cannot be directly withdrawn as cash unless explicitly stated.
• Payments are handled securely via PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateways; we do not store sensitive card or banking credentials.

5. Fraudulent Activity & Account Termination

• We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy against misuse, fraud, or unlawful conduct.
• If any fraudulent activity, illegal usage, or policy breach is detected, your account may be terminated immediately without prior notice. Associated wallet funds may be withheld pending investigation.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Services are provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted server uptime or immediate clearances from third-party/government authorities.
• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the service charges paid by you for the specific transaction in question.
